    Default Can't reply to zone alarm technical support

    Hello, i received a mail from the support about my problem but i can't reply to that.
    The mail says :

    [...]If my answer did not resolve your issue, or you would like further assistance on this issue, please reply to this email. By
    replying, and leaving the subject line intact, your response will come directly to me.

    But everytime when i try to answer i receive a Delivery Status Notification (Failure) and i don't know what to do!

    Hi!try with a diffent e-mail.. what works best is free e-mail like hotmail, yahoo, gmail...Hope this helps.Cheers,Fax

    My original email is hotmail, i tried with gmail.com but it seems i can't send a reply with another email, i get this message

    'FootPrints Append Error(2)'


    ZoneAlarm Technical Support


    The incoming email file you sent to FootPrints
    attempted to append to entry 657641
    The append failed. Perhaps this entry does not
    exist, or you are not allowed to append to it.

    Tried again today w/o av and firewall open, still didn't work with Firefox but seems it worked with IE.

    Hi!yes, always use Internet Explorer for submission...Often hotmail also junk ZA support reply so, check the spam folder from time to time.Cheers,Fax
