    It is Sometimes very Difficult to Diagnose and fix a Computer from halfway across the Country,
    without All the Details,without the ability to sit in front of your Computer monitor and see what's going on..
    1.) which Microsoft Entry are you refering to in the Site-List?2.) maybe that entry in zass 8.0.015.000 is corruptes..Here is a simple test..Right click on the Microsoft Update Entry and Click REMOVE, this will remove that entry,Now access the Windows Update site an this will Re-establish the Microsoft entry in the SitelistI give that Entry all Green Check Marks, Plus Right Click in the Microsoft Entry and Click OPTIONS, Now Click on all theree Collumns and Click the "Reset to Default" and Click APPLY for each Collum..Now try accessing Windows Update?Good Luck..--------------------------------------------------------

    @GeorgeV,

    Already tried all that you mentioned and suggested.....

    If Block Private Header Information is enabled in ZASS v8.0.015.000 Windows Update will not load, this problem does not exist in ZASS v7.0.483.000

    If one has to scale back ones security settings to make something work or to access an Site, then the Security Battle is already lost.....

    Private headers is the correct terminology for the common "referer"

    See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Referer

    Referer can be exchanged between different network and servers, but in the windows situation, the referer is exchanged within the MS networks.
    Yes the private headers is needed in this case (and for logins, web mail, certain site interactions, downloading, etc).

    Best regards.
