Default Displaying pages

Hi. I wonder if someone can help me.

I have noticed recently some of my pages that I try to load with Firefox are not displaying correctly. Sometimes I get the background but nothing on top. Other times the page won't load properly. If I subsequently reload the page with IE it works there.

Although I cannot pinpoint when it started, I wondered if this happened with the changeover to 8.0 (and subsequent back to 7).

Could it be that I have one of my ZA settings too high ?

Thank you in anticipation of your help.

Thank you for your prompt response.

I actually using v.7 but went to the equivalent.

The page that I was looking at, just prior to my message now works ! So is it trial and error to see which one of the three settings needs to be altered ?

The only thing is I cannot tick Privacy advisor - it is greyed out.

In the case of the site I was looking at, it was the mobile code that was set on. I have now turned it off.

Hi!where do you actually try to check that box?Are you trying within the Site List? If yes, you will find it grayed out.You need to do it in the main ZA privacy tab --> push on 'custom"Cheers,Fax

Got it. However, this page is now giving me an alert that Privacy has blocked Private Headers. However I have ticked it 'allow' on the site list.

What are private headers? How do I know which ones are safe and also 3rd party cookies - is it a matter of knowing that they have come from a trusted site ?

Hi!if you trust the site you should allow it...Private headers control is under the cookie tab (right click the site form the ZA site list --> options --> cookies tab)Cheers,Fax

The boxes are regarding cookies and private headers are un-ticked. I am also getting the pop-up about cookies and private headers on a site that I created. I don't know how to create a cookie or private header, so they are not there !

What exactly is a private header ?
