    Default repeated system freeze

    After installing the most recent upgrade package (zaSuiteSetup_80_020_000_en), my system (XP-Pro) freezes every time I leave it idle long enough for it to switch into screensaver mode.
    It's impossible to get back into the system, except by doing a hard reset.
    This happens whether I'm logged into a user account or whether I'm just at the login screen.
    I have to reset.
    When I try to get back into the system from the screensaver when in a user account, the screen usually just clears to a blank screen.
    When the screensaver has kicked in from the login screen, when I try to get back, the login screen comes up, and the pointer responds to the mouse, but the it's not possible to get the system even to bring up the account login prompts.
    It's completely unresponsive.
    This doesn't happen from time to time, it happens whenever I leave the machine idle long enough for the screensaver to come up.
    I tried searching the forum, but I must have been using the wrong search terms, because I didn't find anything.

    Welcome to the Zone Alarm User Forum..VERY IMPORTANT: Please Report the details of your Problem Directly to ZA Tech Support for FREE at (preferably withIE Browser) you should receive an Auto-generated Confirmation Email with your case number in 30 minutes and a responce from Tech support ASAP..The more Users that Report this my system (XP-Pro) freezes every time problem directly to Tech Support, with their Details and what they did to try and resolve the issue, the Sooner Tech support will find a FIX for the problem..Tech Support may ask for your ZA Log Files, and tell you how to do that..------------------

    I'm experiencing the exact same problem, which started immediately after installing the latest version of the suite. I created a help desk ticket, so hopefully they are working on the problem. No word yet.
