I've just installed a Dell AIO 968 printer, which replaced a HP LaserJet 5P
and now I cannot print with
the new printer. I cancel ZA Pro and can print OK.

I looked at the ZA lalerts & logs and find that the following programs have been blocked for outbound traffic at the approximate time that I attempt to print with ZA still active: "dldopswx.exe" & "dldomon.exe". I went to the Dell support site and had chat with person in India. No help as they do not support any issues with 3rd party software.
I looked a several threads in this forum that are pretty close and have followed the recommendation offered without any success.
More Details:
I'm using Windows XP Pro SP3 and ZA Pro version 7.0.483.000.I have all the latest updates for my printer and Windows.This printer is on a USB connection.
Any ideas?
