Hi GURU Fax, or anyone

1. Well I did everything you said to do for a clean reinstall 7.0.483 .(Still no good) keep getting same error (Anti-Virus error: unable to connect.)

2.Re formated my computer and loaded everything again from scratch (still no good)

3.Also deleted zone alarm update files in safe mode ( no good)

This Is the first time in 6 years I have had any problems.
