    Default what's up with no 64 bit support?

    I've been using ZA for many years now.
    Yesterday, I made the move
    to version 8.0 on my desktop.
    It's running perfectly so I decided to give it a shot on my brand new laptop which is running the 64 bit version of Vista.
    As the install process started, I got a message saying ZA is not compatable with 64 bit systems.
    This took me by total surprise and I had to go to another vendor to secure my laptop.
    Of all the software I have, this is so far the onIy one I haven't been able to
    use with 64 bit Vista.
    Anyone know if there is a 64 bit version of ZA or am I just out of luck?

    Hi!ZA does not support 64bit version OSs.They may start a beta testing of ZA compatible version by the end of the year.Cheers,Fax

    If CheckPoint and ZoneLabs "ever decide" to get around to supporting vista 64 bit will I be able to install the new program free since I can no longer use what I paid for? I upgraded to a new machine and can no longer use ZA suite either. Kinda puts a burr in the loyal customer thingy, don't ya think? I think it is something you'll need to address sooner or later so why not sooner?

    In that case, how do we get in contact with zonealarm staff without opening a trouble ticket or something like that. Just a message along the lines of: "Hey tonnes of people would -really- love a 64bit compatible version of Zonealarm because they have upgraded their PCs and can no longer use the product, even though they would love to."
