    Default Getting so frustrated I may not renew...PLEASE help.

    I have just 60 days left on my Zone Alarm subscription, and I have had to reinstall the product at least three times over the past month alone. I am getting disenchanted with this product.

    The first two times, I had difficulty with constant alerts whenever ZA did a scan. I ended up going back to version 7 from version 8, which finally got rid of the problem.

    Then I upgraded again to version 8, hoping things would be better this time. I no longer have the constant alerts, but now my logs are empty! I am getting no logging at all on the programs log and hardly any on the firewall log.

    There are no entries in the logs even when I receive alerts from ZA that programs have been blocked from accessing the internet or functioning as server programs.

    I did a search on your forum and saw the very same advice I was receiving with the other problem: to reset settings or do a clean install. I am getting very tired of having to reinstall this program every couple of weeks. It seems that as soon as my firewall moves from the auto-learn to maximum security, I must again temporarily lower my security, because I have installed the program all over again!

    What is the problem, please? Why should I keep using this program, if it is not going to work?

    I am very frustrated. I like ZA's interface better than any other firewall I have used, but what good is it if it does not work properly???????

    It is also Frustrating for us Volunteer Users who try to Help other Users, Long-Distance , without enough information about your computer, or what other Security Software you may have installed that may be Conflicting with or Blocking the Install of ZoneAlarm, or if your computer is infected with Malware that may be Blocking the uinstall or Upgrade..??It is Sometimes very Difficult to Diagnose and fix a Computer from halfway across the Country,
    without All the Details,without the ability to sit in front of your Computer monitor and see what's going on..
    If you would Describe your Computer Setup/OS and Version of Zone Alarm that you are having a problem with
    and what difficulty you are having, and what Previous Version of ZA and Norton, McAfee or other Security programs that you have installed,
