Thread: Can't download files

    Default Can't download files

    I reinstalled ZA 6.5.722 yesterday and since then, when I try to download files through IE6 or FireFox, I receive this statement, "This object has been blocked." I have tried putting the web addresses of the places I am trying to download from in both browsers, I have gone into ZA and made sure Webshot is A-OK, etc., but I still can't download. Any ideas?Ray

    Go to your ZASS > Privacy > Main panel and then turn off Mobile Code control. Clean your browser cache and try again.

    This fix also works w/ IE 7.0If you can't download files from the browser, like you get 403 forbidden zone or some message
    that makes it sound like the web site itself is blocking your download, try turning off the Mobile Code control.It has taken me months to figure this out!I'm replying because even though this thread is over a year old, it is still valid.
