I am running Windows XP MEdia Center Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 3. I downloaded the trial version of the security suite from Zone Alarms because I was unhappy with System Suite 9. The trial seemed to go ok so I went back to the site, and downloaded the three pc license version of the security suite. From this forum, I installed the security key for the three pc license into the originally downloaded version of the security suite. I am therefore running the following on Zone Alarm.

My question is why does the manual update button not work. It opens a small window which then tells me:
Error: Unable to connect
couldn't connect to server ('http://upd.zonelabs.com/zonealarm/online//Catalog.zip')"
However, if I enter the address above into a browser, it does connect and I can save a Catalog.zip file which when extracted becomes a Catalog.xml file.
I have zonealarm set to check for updates every three hours which was the default.
Bottom line here is that I have no idea if I am getting updates and have no idea why the "Update Now" button does not work.
