Default ZoneAlarm and Streaming Content Problem

I recently purchased and downloaded the ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite.
Everything seems to be fine except for streaming content e.g., audio and video -- sites like
Youtube, or audio profile playlists like Mixpod and Myspace Playlist.
I can't listen to or watch a file until it "loads" 100%.
This causes my browser to freeze until all content is fully loaded.
I don't want this.
This problem started right after I downloaded ZoneAlarm.

Happens with IE and Firefox running
Windows Vista.

Any suggestions as far as tweaking any settings to fix this?
Thanks in advance!

Operating System:Windows Vista Home Premium
Software Version:8.0
Product Name:ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite

1 - allow full access for media players - in program control - three green bars, green checks all the way.Nice little trick - open ZA program while you open the media player and start - see which programs or new files open - these are the ones that need full access.2- look at 'Privacy control' - see if there are blocks (cookies, ads, mobile code, etc.)
or you can simple shut-off all 'Privacy controls'- Main

1- have you properly un-installed any previous firewall and/or anti-virus?? = this needs to be done - click here > http://forums.zonelabs.org/zonelabs/...message.id=154
. Most new pc/laptops come with pre-installed (trial)
security software, which should be properly un-installed prior to installing any ZoneAlarm firewall product.
Use any special "Removal Tool" if available.[ SuperTip: if you have used any free trial/ pre-installed
security software > please be sure to cancel your account.[*]

Any other security software running on your pc? Please list.
Just One, Not Two -- Never use two software firewalls at the same time. Completely uninstall one before installing another. Use the vendor's uninstall utility/ 'removal tool'
or if not available use the Windows XP add/remove software tool in the control panel. You can add/ use a 'hardware firewall' including a Wired Router, Wireless Router or Broadband Gateway with your ZoneAlarm firewall.
Just One, Not Two -- Never use two anti-virus products at the same time.
