    Default Scanningprocess.exe and vsmon.exe

    Hi
    I am running 5 PCs in a small businss and have just bought a 5 user licence for the security suite. We are using XP pro SP3. Since installing ZA one of the PC's now runs
    extremley slowly as most of the memory seem to be handling 'scanningprocess.exe' and 'vsmon.exe' processes. I understand from the
    forum that others have had this problem, can you please advise what
    I can do to resolve this issue.

    This is an age old problem, As Technology and Security Software improve, they require more Computer Memory and faster CPU resouces..

    note of them), but re-establishing them is a simple process.1.) Hold down the Ctrl and Shift keys together
    2.) Right click on the ZA icon near your clock
    3.) Choose 'Reset' from the box that comes up
    4.) Choose Yes on the Reset Settings dialog box
    5.) When prompted, choose OK to restart your system
    6.) Follow the on screen configuration prompts after rebootPlease note that ZAdoes not play nice with many other security tools. They may block its correct functioning including updates. For example, spyware doctor, spysweeper, trojan hunter, win patrol, PCtools Threat Fire, Mcafee, Norton, Symantec, Adaware, SpybotS&amp;D, WinPatrol, AVG, NOD, Kaspersky and manyothers. If you want to troubleshoot issues with ZA please remove these tools (not enough to disable) and install back (if you really need) only after you see your ZA is working as it should.<HR>
