I am a QA Manager for a software company and our programs are being flagged as false positives. Anyone have any idea how I can get ZoneAlarm to address this? Is there a link where I can report this? I found on an obscure page that I can email them at spywarefeedback@us.checkpoint.com but that email bounced as User Unknown.

It is **bleep**y for ZoneAlarm if I have to recommend to our customers another security software.
