Default ZAISS Is freezing my computer up X-D Help!!

First of all, the machine freezes up almost completely when i ever i hit the start menu or open any program's . When this happens, it would take some
1 to 2 minutes just to open anything. The cursor would stop responding, and even task manager couldn't interfere. The only way out of this was to do a hardware shut-down or hardware reset. But if i shutdown ZAISS then everything work's fine no problems at all. So its only happen when ZAISS is running. Any one know how to fix this o_O i love ZA but the freezing is driving me NUTZ!!!! X_X. Thank you
My system Info if it Helps any ^_^:
