Hi!Is virtualization turned ON? If not please turn itON (ZA browser security --> Settings --> Advanced)If virtualization is ON and there is no sound, then it may be corrupted.- Close all browsers
    - Open ZoneAlarm
    - Click Browser Security -> Settings
    - Click Advanced tab
    - Clear virtual data and click okay
    - Now turn Browser Security off and follow these steps here

    - Click Start -> Control Panel -> Internet Options
    - Click Delete -> Delete Temporary Internet Files
    - Security (Tab) -> Default Level
    - Advanced (Tab) -> Restore advanced settings

Turn browser security back on and see if it works. If you still have problems please detail the version of ZA installed (right click the ZA icon near the clock --> about --> copy to clipboard --> paste it here)Then please report when you installed ZA and if there are any other security tool installed. Did you have a malware/virus issue recently?Cheers,Fax

Eheh!Bene... quasi troppo semplice! The virtualization will isolate Internet Explorer form the rest of the system especially protecting from drive-from-downloadmalware. Cleaning the virtual data will also remove any malware deposited in the system. As norm please clean your virtual datafrom time to time (e.g. every two/three weeks or when you see Internet explorer is acting weird). You find the command in ZA browser security --> settings --> Advanced -->"Clear virtual data"Whenever you are installing an add-on or a plug-in for Internet explorer that you want to keep over time you will need to turn of ZA ForceField (ZA Browser security tab) otherwise the add-on/plug-in will be saved in the virtual space (forcefield) and it will be removed when you will 'clear virtual data'.-------------------------In case of problem follow the instruction below to clean both ZA forcefiled and IE- Close all browsers
    - Open ZoneAlarm
    - Click Browser Security -> Settings
    - Click Advanced tab
    - Clear virtual data and click okay
    - Now turn Browser Security off and follow these steps here

    - Click Start -> Control Panel -> Internet Options
    - Click Delete -> Delete Temporary Internet Files
    - Security (Tab) -> Default Level
    - Advanced (Tab) -> Restore advanced settings

Turn browser security back ON. -------------------------**** Also note that ZA does not play nice with many other security tools. They may block its correct functioning including updates. For example, spyware doctor, spysweeper, trojan hunter, win patrol, PCtools Threat Fire, Mcafee, Norton, Symantec, Adaware, SpybotS&D, WinPatrol, AVG, NOD, Kaspersky and manyothers. Remove these tools (not enough to disable) they are not need with ZAX.... you can use the freeMBAM for checking malware from time to time ****Cheers,Fax

Nooo... solo un utente come tutti .... Se usi firefox ricordati che per aggiornarlo o aggiornare le sue plug-in devi disattivare ForceField altrimenti gli update vengono installati nell'area virtuale e potrebbero non funzionare.Buona domenica!Cheers,Fax
