    Default vsmon memory usage

    Checking into the source of
periodic virtual memory problem messages on my Windows XP computer I discovered that vsmon is using 34,976k of virtual memory.
Is that the right ball park?
    I tried
earlier recommended fixes to reduce memory consumption but was unable to access how to fix a corrupted ZA database.
    Thanks.

Hi!it will vary very much according to the system, OS and running services and programs. The size of memory used (task manager) is between 20 to 50MB.To run well ZA on XP you should have at least 1GIGA and 2GIGA in VISTA.To fix a corrupted database you have to:1.) Hold down the Ctrl and Shift keys together
2.) Right click on the ZA icon near your clock
3.) Choose 'Reset' from the box that comes up
4.) Choose Yes on the Reset Settings dialog box
5.) When prompted, choose OK to restart your system
6.) Follow the on screen configuration prompts after rebootOtherwise run the ZA removal tool to remove completely ZA:http://download.zonealarm.com/bin/fr...cpes_clean.exeCheers,Fax
