Default Help! Cannot CLICK on ZoneAlarm ISS Control Panel

    Hi everyone,

Today, I tried testing Panda's Cloud AV but failed the installation.

    So I uninstalled Panada's ActiveScanner 2.0

Later, I wanted to make some configurations in ZA Program Control, but I cannot click on anything on the ZA Window.

I even rebooted the computer a couple times, and I cannot click on ZAISS panel. I can click the ZA taskbar icon to open the window; but I can't click on anything on the GUI Control Panel itself.

    Can anyone help?

    Thanks,
    CJ

Hi!probably the other security tool corrupted the ZA install. Ensure you have removed completely the other security tool before reinstalling ZA.First use the ZA removal tool to remove your ZASS:http://download.zonealarm.com/bin/fr...cpes_clean.exeThenclean your system and registry with ccleaner.comhttp://www.ccleaner.com/download/builds/downloadbinslimRe-download the ZASS installerwww.zonealarm.com/zasuitedownload Install with default settings do NOT alter them. After re-boot go to ZA antivirus/antispyware and 'Update Now'.Note that ZA does not play nice with many other security tools. They may block its correct functioning including updates. For example, spyware doctor, spysweeper, trojan hunter, win patrol, PCtools Threat Fire, Mcafee, Norton, Symantec, Adaware, SpybotS&D, WinPatrol, AVG, Avas t free, NOD, Kaspersky,PC doctorand manyothers. If you want to troubleshoot issues with ZA please remove these tools (not enough to disable).Cheers,Fax
