This takes the cake.
ZASS runs, but I can't click on anything in the main window. If a scan runs in the background, I can no longer stop it. I'd have to shut down Windows, and restart it. I cannot provide you any information about the exact version of ZASS, because I can't get the About box
to appear. No response. Nor can I shut down ZASS.
I am using Windows XP Pro with SP3. ZASS worked perfectly fine over the past couple months, until this evening. I did not install any software, and my signatures have always been up to date.
How do I force a complete shutdown of ZASS and remove ZASS from my computer?
