Default latest ZAP and XP sp2

With help from here, I was able to uninstall my ZAP version 3.I have tried three times to install XP's service pack 3 with no luck.No programs are running. I even disabled Norton. I guess I with haveto wait for Windows 7.
I don't know if it has something to do with beingon cable or not.Anyway, I have downloaded the latest ZAP.
Will it work with service pack 2?Or do I need to try and get SP3 installed first?I am going to keep trying to install SP3 because I also need a new video card.
    Thanks,Bill
