I don't use the ZAISS, just the Pro, so I have very little knowledge of the parental controls.
But specifically what individual websites do you wish to block?

Want to block my kids from "You Tube" unless I am around.
With parental controls I can select catagories to block (like Porn) but don't see that YouTube fits into any of the specific catagories offered.
    Thank you !

You could try blocking the dns for youtube.com (I did not check for the www.youtube.com address which may even be different) by either blocking the IP in the Zones or in the Expert of the firewall.
The dns IP for youtube is seen at this end as being 208.65.153.238.

The entire IP range for youtube.com, I have quickly found out is 208.65.152.0 thru to 208.65.155.255.
I do not know if there are some innocent google IPs included in the large IP range??
However there could be even more additional youtube IPs such as cached content servers that I may have missed in my quick check.

This entire IP range for youtubecould be either blocked in the Zones or in the Expert of the firewall... and then unchecked by yourself when giving them access to the youtube videos.

If you know the exact times and days when you will never be around to monitor your children around the computer when they could be present at the computer unattended, you could add an expert rule into the installed browser(s) as seen in the those program expert rules to block access to the 208.65.152.0 thru to 208.65.155.255 IP range. This would block off youtube range and access to youtube for those times when you are not around personally to give attention.
Or even easier would be to create the time/dates blocked off to youtube.com into the Expert of the Firewall.

For a simple example to block youtube when you yourself is not present when children are at the computer:

In the Expert of the Firewall:

    Click the Add...

    Then in the new window:

    Rank could be '1'.
Name could be 'my rule' or 'youtube.com'
    State enabled
    Action block.
Track could be to log (to check if your parental policy has been attempted to be contravened
Comments could be similar to the Name.

Source could be 'My Computer' (seen in the options menu)
Destination could be the IP range of 208.65.152.0 thru to 208.65.155.255.
Protocol could be left as the default 'Any".
Time: could be adjusted for the time/days and not availble at then being used unattended computer.

A second rule could then be established with the Rank of '2'.
This would be almost exactly the same as the first expert rule, except this rule would skip the customization for the Time and Time section would be left to the default 'Any".
This rule would block youtube at all times.
Then when you are present, and are willing to allow access to youtube.com, you would simply manually change the 'State' of the rule from 'Enabled' to 'Disabled' as needed and then returned to 'Enabled once the youngster's computer session is over and done.

You may seriously consider using the password to protect the ZA settings so the rules cannot be edited or removed or worked around without your consent.
