    Default Firefox Cookie problem

I have just upgraded to Extreme Security in the last 2 weeks. I now find that every time I close Firefox 3 all my cookies are deleted. I have spent a week or so eliminating everything else. Is there something in Extreme Security (eg Forcefield) that could be deleting the cookies? If so how do I fix it?

    Operating System:Windows XP Pro
    Software Version:8.0
    Product Name:ZoneAlarm Extreme Security

Hi!ZA forcefield does not remove cookies unless you are using the "private browsing"There may be problem of firefox profile corruption, see here below how to reset firefox:http://forum.zonelabs.org/zonelabs/b...essage.id=1108You can also proceed to clean your ZA forcefiled virtual data in case of problem:- Close all browsers
    - Open ZoneAlarm
    - Click Browser Security -> Settings
    - Click Advanced tab- Turn ON virtualization and
    - Clear virtual data and click okay- Wait 1-2 minutes and open normally your browser
    Cheers,Fax

NOTE: Whenever you need to update firefox or one of its plug in you need to turn completely OFF the ZA forcefield. Otherwise components will install in the virtual space and will not work correctly or will be wiped as soon as you clear the virtual data.
