Default Where is the best place to post?

[Background: I saw the message "ZoneAlarm product management wants to hear from YOU!" (http://forum.zonelabs.org/zonelabs/b...ssage.id=55624) and posted a reply, in order to provide information for ZoneAlarm product management. I also posted a request for help from ZoneAlarm User Forum participants. I chose to post this request in the Windows and ZoneAlarm Messages and Alerts forum.]

I posted a message at http://forum.zonelabs.org/zonelabs/b...ssage.id=21138. When I checked back to see if anyone offered help, it looked to me like it was not possible to reply to my message. The reply button is grayed out.

Fax helpfully warned me not to post in two places. I guess that means if I want help, I should not also respond to requests from product management for input.

My question is this: Where is the best place to post a request for help on dealing with a message or alert that keeps popping up.

    Cordially, Joaquin

as Guru Fax advised you..When you have a Problem..You are welcome to Post your Request in the Topic Area that is Related to your problem..The Problem you created was Posting the same Message in multiple areas..That causes problems for the Gurus and Administration having to spend extra time answering you request multiple times..So any Duplicates are Automaticly Removed when found..=========================It is Sometimes very Difficult to Diagnose and fix a Computer from halfway across the Country,
without All the Details, without the ability to sit in front of your Computer monitor and see what's going on..
If you would Describe your Computer Setup/OS and Version of Zone Alarm that you are having a problem with
and what difficulty you are having, and what Previous Version of ZA and Norton, McAfee or other Security programs that you have installed,
there are several knowledgeable Volunteer Participants willing to help you try solving your problem with Zone Alarm..Please provide as much detail and error messages etc. that you see on your ComputerMonitor. If you have a question or a problem Please start your own thread. And start only 1 thread for each problem.</COLOR> ==============================---------------------------------------
