I also posted a request for help from ZoneAlarm User Forum participants. I chose to post this request in the Windows and ZoneAlarm Messages and Alerts forum.]
I posted a message at http://forum.zonelabs.org/zonelabs/b...ssage.id=21138. When I checked back to see if anyone offered help, it looked to me like it was not possible to reply to my message. The reply button is grayed out.
Fax helpfully warned me not to post in two places. I guess that means if I want help, I should not also respond to requests from product management for input.
My question is this: Where is the best place to post a request for help on dealing with a message or alert that keeps popping up.
