    Considering ZA 9 will be the next version, I would warmly suggest you try the ZA AV 9 and feedback directly to ZA developers if there are problems. ZA 9 is supposed to resolve specific dial-up users issues. Assuming its a bug, ZA is not going to resolve it in the current version but will be doing in the new one [to be out soon].

    ZoneAlarm is aware of the issues with some user AV updates.

    We are working with our new world wide content provider Lime Light to resolve these issues as soon as possible.

    Hello Users with this problem.

    Well, I guess the discussion on this thread, including the posts that were suppressed, have had some benefit.

    This morning, my ZA update comleted sucessfully. Upon checking the log, I see the Host server connection has been returned to the previous update IP, and Limelight is out of the picture.

    Too bad we had to spend so much time on this problem.

    I hope everyone else is now receiving their updates without problem.
