Default ZoneAlarm 6.5 Validation failed, missing a necessary root cert

    Hi,

I am not able to uninstall Zone Alarms - I have followed instructions on website for uninstallling using ... vauninst.exe /clean (I get the validation failed error messages again).

I have also tried to manually uninstall in windows safe mode by editing regedit (no VxD\vsdata95 entry) and deleting files (no vsdata95 files and not allowed to delete vsdatant file as it is in use but zone alarm is not running)

    Can you help?
