    Cool My Windows Is Haunted!

    Hey guys,

I'm running 32 bit Vista SP1 on a Fujitsu T4220 Tablet & for the past few weeks, as soon as Windows Explorer boots up it crashes (& begs me to restart it) with the following error:

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: APPCRASH
    Application Name: Explorer.EXE
    Application Version: 6.0.6001.18164
    Application Timestamp: 4907e242
    Fault Module Name: StackHash_fd00
    Fault Module Version: 0.0.0.0
    Fault Module Timestamp: 00000000
    Exception Code: c0000005
    Exception Offset: 00000049
    OS Version: 6.0.6001.2.1.0.256.6
    Locale ID: 1033
    Additional Information 1: fd00
    Additional Information 2: ea6f5fe8924aaa756324d57f87834160
    Additional Information 3: fd00
    Additional Information 4: ea6f5fe8924aaa756324d57f87834160

EVERYTIME. Of course I grant it's request to restart and everything goes swimmingly the second time around but WTF is happening to make it flake out and crash to begin with?

It's seriously annoyng and I have no clue how to fix this.

    Regards,
    Tom

to the Zone Alarm User Forum..

That Sounds like a "Vista SP1 on a Fujitsu T4220 Tablet" Problem.

1.) Try Shuting down Zone Alarm, then Try Windows Explorer, If it still crashes, then the Problem is NOT RELATED to ZoneAlarm..

in that case you must Contact Fujitsu or Windows Microsoft Vista Tech Support for Help..

2.) If everything Runs OK with ZoneAlarm shut down..
Them Maybe you have a Bad Install of Zone Alarm, or a Conflict with other Security software that was Pre-installed on your Fujitsu Tablet

Please Contact ZA Tech Support with your ZA License Number..
