Thread: Can not update ZA Pro

    Default Can not update ZA Pro

    I have 3 systems with the same problem.
    When I try to update the program or anti-spyware manually, I get the following error:

    SYSTEM:
    Error: download error

    A clean un-install and reinstall has not fixed this. (one system only)
    The only changes to the 3 systems are security updates. They were all working fine yesterday.

    All 3 systems have the following:
    ZA Pro
    XP Pro with all the windows updates
    Each has a different AV (AVG, Avast, and Avira)
    Any one have any ideas as to how I may fix this please?

    I'm having the same problem.

    It worked fine this morning but not now. All 3 of my machines.... 2 Vista 32bit and 1 Vista 64bit.
    Error Mesage:
    Anti-virus:
    Error: Unable to install

    Anti-spyware:
    Error: Unable to connect to update "sever"

    Yes it reads sever not server.

    I am having the same problem tonight. I am running ZoneAlarm Antivirus (not pro) on a computer running XP and it updated this morning, but won't update tonight.

    It seems to working now for all of my computers.
    I guess it was some issue with their servers.

    We are aware of this issue and are fixing a server communication issue.

    AV and AS updates should be back to normal in 24-72 hours or less.

    We are still experiencing intermittent AV and AS update issues.

    ZoneAlarm is working closely with our global download content provider to resolve these issues.
