    Default My Complain now a thanks

    OK, ZASS just updated on one Vista machine:
    We been given a forum to vent - When the folks at ZA get it fixed what about saying thanks. Perhaps we forget how very difficult some problems can be too find - I appreciate the fact the issue appears to be corrected - so Thanks ZA

    Good day to all of us! I do literally mean it because finally I think ZA has finally fixed the 'glitch' in their servers! I was able to update my anti virus and anti spyware database today! Good work for the guys at ZA! I was thinking of doing an uninstall/reinstall of the software but decided to manually check again for an update! Then Voila! It did! I really dont know what caused the problem but i do hope that next time ZA encounters the same problem, they would already have a speedier solution. It took days to fix the problem and during that time, many customers who are relying on ZA's protection became exposed to threats especially those who have the net as their business backbone. But anyways, I think the problem is finally solved so life goes on! Thanks for addressing our concerns and I pray to God that this doesnt happen anymore! More power to ZA! Good job guys!

    We are still experiencing intermittent AV and AS update issues.
