    Hi!
could please detail where this message comes from? Exact details? Screenshot? If it is the OS? It is ZA?

Which version of ZA Extreme are you using? Right click on the ZA icon near the clock --> About --> Copy to clipboard --> paste it here

    Good, thanks..
This is an indication that your WSC (windows security center) repository is corrupted. You are also running an old version of ZAX. Latest version is 8.0.400.020.

The above its a problem of the system and not ZA. The procedure below should rectify it. In certain cases a full reinstall of the system is needed to really be able to correct WSC errors.

    Download the ZA removal tool.
Download this utility to reset the WSC.

    Now:
    1. Run the ZA removal tool and remove your ZA (we need to start clean)
    2. After the reboot
    3. Run the WSC reset utility
    4. Reboot (as asked by the tool)
    5. Now nothing should appear active in WSC. Turn ON the windows firewall (if OFF)
    6. Install the latest ZAX

Keep ZAX at default, update antivirus/antispyware manually and allow for a full scan.

    Hope this helps.

    Cheers,
