Thread: Install error -- can't access Errorlog.tmp

    Default Install error -- can't access Errorlog.tmp

    I just renewed my ZAPro license and downloaded the setup file. But the installation failed with the following error message.
    “The file C:\Windows\Internet Logs\Errorlog.tmp could not be opened. Access is denied.”

    I have WXP & IE7

    Any ideas what the problem is?

    Hi!

    have you tried to remove ZAPRO with the ZA removal tool?
    Here: http://download.zonealarm.com/bin/fr...cpes_clean.exe

    Or try to remove manually any ZA left overs:
    I cannot find or run the ZoneAlarm uninstall program (XP/2000)
