Question ZA extreme : why always the same programs access alerts

(I hope to have posted in the right section)

I've just purchased and flawlessly installed a few days ago the latest ZAES (Dual boot Xpsp2 / Vista64sp2): although being the latest release, still (like it was with ZA, ZApro, ZAIS) I am receiving the same alert dialogs about the same programs trying to get access (mostly Windows' but even ! the router connection has to be consented again and again); it doesn't happen all the time, yet often nonetheless (of course I've always checked the "remember" option box)

is there something I keep on missing about ZA mode of operation for all these years?
is it a normal behaviour and I have to live with it?

You should not receive any pop-up the first 21 days of use while yoru ZA learn your environment. Probably you changed the defaults? May be your ZA settings got corrupted?

Either reinstall or reset the settings like this:
1.) Hold down the Ctrl and Shift keys together
2.) Right click on the ZA icon near your clock
3.) Choose 'Reset' from the box that comes up
4.) Choose Yes on the Reset Settings dialog box
5.) When prompted, choose OK to restart your system
6.) Follow the on screen configuration prompts after reboot

If you have still problems follow up with support at the link in my signature (use the live chat timing)

It may be related to your multiple boot PC that, if I remember well, is not supported by the ZA home products.

    more details:

-the uninstall-reinstall loop has already happened...I forgot to mention it

-everytime that I've installed every ZA release, I've started out of autolearning feature; yet what I have been experiencing (with every release) is that - I could say - from time to time there have been periods in which more alert dialogs showed concerning the same programs...just like ZA suddenly forgot my settings (mostly Windows')

ok....I will try the reset trick and go to the chat, in case of negative outcome

PS I don't understand why a dual boot system should hamper ZA correct working in either OS, this issue happened in the past with single boot PCs, nonetheless
