Default Cyberlink PowerDVD Blu Ray Updates causes false positives

After Installing PowerDVD from CD (in this case version 7.3) and attempting to run a BluRay Disc the software prompts you to download critical update from the official website

Files are "CyberLink.5105_TaRe42_DVD090216-13.exe" or "CyberLink.5105_TaRe42_DVD090217-02.exe" depending on the base build version installed.

During Installation (and after whilst attempt to run the app), it flags a number of files within the PowerDVD folder as being infected by "RarePacker.Multi.Generic" Virus.

Clicking on the More Info Button finds no matching records.

    Anyone else seen this problem?
I only experience this issue with Zonealarm 9.0.083.000 (Extreme Edition)
Version 8.0.400.020 (Extreme) and below had no issues.

    Hi!
send the file in a password protected zip to newvirus at kaspersky dot com. Subject: False positive. Include the password in the e-mail. Malware analyst will follow-up with you to confirm the false positive.

If you want, you can exclude the file(s) or folder under the advanced option of the ZA antivirus/antispyware tab.

    Cheers,

Yes .. Kaspersky confirmed the files were not infected.
Raised a support ticket with ZA to inform them

Not needed... Kaspersky will rectify the confirmed false positives in future updates. Usually they mention this into the e-mail.
