    Default Installation issues - GLB.tmp files stopped working

    Hello,

    I'm trying to install ZA Extreme Security 2010 on Vista Ultimate 32 bit. I successfully installed on my desktop PC, but I cannot install on my notebook with the same OS.

    Soon after the installation starts I'm getting messages like:

    GLB41B1.tmp has stopped working.

    This could be any tmp file, but always starts with GLB. These files are created in the Windows Temp folder as soon as installation begins.

    I've tried to clean all temp files, completele uninstalled previous version of ZA, disabled startup programs and services - nothing helped. Google search didn't help much either. Of course I'm installing ZA as Administrator.

    How to fix this issue?

    Hi!
    check the name of the brand on the forum... may be you are running a brand that have problems like toshiba, acer or lenovo...

    Hi,

    Thank you, I will. Yes, it's Toshiba. But the ZA Security Suite used to work on the same notebook without any problems.

    Thank you. Couldn't find anything about this problem. I'd disabled all Toshiba services - same thing. I'm giving up on this, will probably request money back.

    That is to remove the Atheros Wi-Fi Protected Setup Library

    Thank you, this didn't work, I don't even have Atheros. I'm not even sure that this is Toshiba issue.

    When I search Google for the error messages I'm getting, I'm not finding anything.
