    Default ZoneAlarm Quarantined needed file

Hello, ZoneAlarm Quarantined a needed driver for an older piece of hardware. Zonealarm claimed that the driver for my Saitek Game controller is the
    "Trojan-Dropper.Win32.Agent.bczi",
but when you click on more information it comes up with this...
"There are no matching records for Trojan-Dropper.Win32.Agent.bczi. Please try your search again".
This is not the first time ZA has done this, but this file I cant get from the manufacturers web site, it is no longer supported. So basically my question is, how do I Un-Quarantine this file? I store a lot of older programs on my system, which now I have to tell ZA not to scan certain drives for fear that it's going to remove other needed files and I have also told ZA to inform me before any more action is taken to avoid this in the future.

    I am running

    ZoneAlarm Security Suite v8.0.298.035
    True Vector engine v8.0.298.035
    Driver v8.0.298.035
Antivirus engine v6.0.2.678 DAT file v993288348

You did not say What version of Windows
and what Windows Service Pack Update lable you have.
But It sound like an old version of WinXP..

Your version of ZA SS is 2 versions Old..

Better that you Update WinXP to SP3 and Upgrade ZASS
    to: ZoneAlarm Security Suite v9.0.083.000

    ZASS http://download.zonealarm.com/bin/fr...seHistory.html

Try this to Un-Quanentine your file:

1.) Right Click the ZA Tray Icon and Click on ZA Control center
    2.) Click on Anti-Virus/Anti Spyware
    3.) Click on Quarantine
4.) Hi-lite the File, Click (RESTORE) button..
