Thread: Unable to renew ZA ISS =(

    Default Unable to renew ZA ISS =(

    Howdy folks.

    I've been trying to renew my ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite for about 2-3 weeks, yet i have run into an interesting error along the way. Whenever I navigate to the page and try to upgrade for any length of time, I get this delightful message:

    At the top, it states "Errors occurred! Correct displayed errors and try again, please!"

    The pickle is....there are no errors for me to correct....I checked the correct box i wanted, it asked me if i wanted to upgrade for free to that ZoneAlarm Extreme, if i check EITHER option (yes or no) it'll give me this darned error. I've tried it in Firefox and Internet Explorer, and with and without the firewall on. And yes, i did check my browser settings.

    Any thoughts?
