    Default Contacting ZoneAlarm

    I wonder if I am missing something. I've been scanning the web site because I have a minor problem. It appears that the only way to contact ZomeAlarm is by way of live chat and that is not reliably available except for pst daytime. Am I missing something?

    Yes you missed the After Hours option..
    Live Chat Tech Support when Available is Best and Fastes..

    After Hours you can still fill your Report.. and get a Responce by Email.. but the Responce may take 3 or 4 days..
    you can then reply to that Email and another Responce may take 2-5 days..

    Thanks, but I must be extra dense today. I'm looking at the technical support page, http://www.zonealarm.com/security/en...al-support.htm, and I don't see after hours support.

    t.) The trick to Good Tech Support is Feedback..
    If what Live Chat suggested does not work, you have to provide Feedback to them, so that they can help you..

    2.) when they are not available via Live Chat, the Same Page will give you a Link to their After Hours Email..
