Post [SOLVED] ZA blocks Zimbra in Comcast.net email

I am a long term ZA user and have a problem that's got me stumped. Comcast.net webmail uses Zimbra Collaboration Suite. I have tried every option within ZA to get my online account to display properly and the only thing that works is turning off ZA before loading "comcast.net/zimbra/mail". I also tried Opera and looked at the source: lots of javascript errors associated with the attempted load. Obviously my solution to turn of ZA is a non-starter. Any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I solved it. The problem was IDLock. A long time ago I added my email account and forgot that I did so. I had the fraud prevention level on High, so no message. I saw it in the Alert Log. Good grief, I guess I really violated the KISS principle in looking for an interaction with Zimbra and javascript!
