    Cool Outlook 2007 & mlfoshim.dll problem

recently upgraded to Outlook 2007. running XP SP3. when Outlook 2007 starts it crashes due to "SonicWALL Anti-Spam Desktop addin mlfoshim.dll" and I click "disable" to disable mlfoshim.dll. then restart Outlook 2007 and it comes up OK. anyone else having this problem? been on multiple chats with ZASS tech support - no fix. today they asked me to upgrade to ZASS V9.0.114 - still same problem. prior to Outlook 2007 upgrade I was running Outlook 2003 & had no problems.

Hi, I have been having this same problem with Vista. I found that deleting my hotmail account and re-adding it into the Outlook Connector solved the problem I was having. I don't know if you have Hotmail installed, but this worked for me.

    Hi!
please note that you do not need outlook connector anymore to manage hotmail. You can control it directly on your mail client with fully encrypted sessions:

Fax, Many thaks for this info. I have only recently started using Outlook, and had thought outlook connector was necessary. I had used the POP3 method in Outlook Express previously, so understand the settings. By eliminating outlook connector, it may solve the problem? I shall give it a go and let you know

    Hi,
No more problems since removing the Outlook Connector and using the POP3 settings instead, so guess that was the problem.

Glad to be able to help. A litle more information I forgot - I wrote earlier "I found that deleting my hotmail account and re-adding it into the Outlook Connector solved the problem I was having." This was correct at the time, but the problem did come back the next day. Removing outlook connecor has solved the problem for over a week.
