    Default [SOLVED] Update problems

I am running a fully licensed copy of ZA Pro version 9.0.112.000 on a Vista machine

I keep getting asked to update and having followed and downlaoded the update twice it still kepts throwing up the update box. I tried removing ZA using your cleanup tool and then installing fresh copy but still getting the update message.

    Can someone help please??

    Thanks

    Graham

    Hi!
are you restoring any previous settings?

If you installing ZA PRO 9.0.114.000 where do you see it is 112?
Are you sure you are installing 114?

You need to provide more information otherwise it looks you are mixing up versions.

I am not sure how to answer what you ask.

I provided the version in my original post that is what ZA says is installed.

Just to recap, all this began with a message saying an inportant update was needed so i clicked ok and then selected to download link what was presented on the screen. Although I did exactly what was asked it still kept telling me about this update. I did repeat the process just incase I did something wrong first time but it is still the same.

The version I updated to was the one the ZA website linked me too, so have no control over that.

I did try, as I explained, to completely remove ZA and then install the latest version on the website but I still get the same update message.

Saying all that is hasn't prompted me today but if i select 'check for updates' within the program it brings up the update box again.

    All very confusing!

Now it says version 114, funny how the automatic link to the website didn't update me to this version but when I manually searched for version 114 and manually updated all seems fine now!

    Thanks guys!

Ok.. now I understand, you were installing version 112. The link I gave you was for version 114

    Anyway, problem solved now.
