    Default Problems with ZA Extreme Security

    Like apglenn, I have ZA ES 9.0.114.000. I also only have Windows Defender after following instructions to remove other tools (ad aware, spybot). I have Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bit. I tried to install the latest update prompted for by ZA ES. The update only made it through about 70% and froze. When I rebooted, my Internet service was down and ZA ES did not work. The only reason I am able to type this is because I used Windows restore function to restore to a prior date, which rolled my system back to ZA ES 9.0.114.000.

    I have the exact same problem. Have tried all of the same fixes, and none of it works. The only way I can get on the internet is in safe mode with networking, or to uninstall ZAES. Very frustrating. I look forward to seeing what answers come up here.

    I am using ZA ES 9.0.114.000 running on Windows XP SP3, no other spyware/adware/antivirus running besides ZA.

    I would love to, but I'm at work during their tech support hours and don't have access to the afflicted computer at that time.

    Maybe I can just get a refund instead. I'm not a fan of paying for nothing.

    Report the issue to ZA customer support. They are open 24/7.
