Running from October 1st,works fine (protection & alert) BUT:
I must update and scan manually: notwithstanding any effort and long experience with ZA products, my ZAES does neither update antivirus nor automatically carry out scanning when it should do.
Moreover: impossible to open and scan in safe mode (Protection is Up-UI initializing)
and also on access scan seems to be in error ("error" in action column)
Tried first to reset and then to clean with cpes_clean.exe and reinstall but still nothing has changed (clean reinstall on two machines, twice each machine)
Also every time I reinstall the dialog box for the Configuration Assistant doesn't work (blank) so that the installation becomes standard without preferences.
Any suggestion, taking into account I have downloaded three times and that problems are the same on two different PC ?
