Default Highly rated alerts - NetBios sessions attempted from within my network

    Hi,

I am getting some highly rated alerts in my ZoneAlarm firewall.

The information says that an incoming packet was blocked going between 192.168.1.3:xxxx and 191.168.1.2:xxxx
    The type is 'firewall'.

I'm intregued whether this is some kind of false positive because some parts of my network are not configured correctly, or whether this is a legitimate security concern.

    Care to enlighten me?

    Many thanks,

    Dave

    Hi!
it can be perfectly normal... just the PCs looking on the LAN for other PCs.
No need to hide those IPs... they are internal... cannot be reached from the outside. It is your router managing them...
