    Windows 7 Ultimate
    ZA Internet Security Suite 9.0.112.000

    The following error is from my Windows 7 Microsoft-Windows-CodeIntegrity/Operational log:

    Code Integrity is unable to verify the image integrity of the file \Device\HarddiskVolume4\Program Files\CheckPoint\ZAForceField\Plugins\ISWSHEX.dll because the set of per-page image hashes could not be found on the system.

    The first question is why is there a Force Field module when I only have ZA ISS?

    The second question is what is wrong with the ISWSHEX.dll file?

    The third question is how do I get rid of this error message?

    Perhaps you didn't un-check the box for installing the toolbar when you installed/upgraded ZASS.
    It depends if you want the toolbar or not. If you do, perhaps the standalone version will solve the problem; if you don't, uninstall and re-install ZASS with the toolbar box un-checked.

    Yes, I did miss unchecking the toolbar installation. That answers questions (1) and (3).

    However, question (2) is sitll open:
    The second question is what is wrong with the ISWSHEX.dll file?

    Why does Windows 7 think the file is corrupted?

    I also have multiple messages in the event log:

    I too have this issue; and posted virtually this same comment in another thread that discusses the same issue.

    Hey Checkpoint; how about (1) merging the threads and (2) answering the question?

    First you will need to update to the latest version (10) since version 9 is not anymore supported.
