    Default Help...missing root certificate

My wife has windows xp with free zone alarm. Computer will not log on internet the following appears

    C:\Program Files\Zone Labs\Zone Alarm\z/client.exe
    X Validation failed for C:WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\VSINIT.DLL.
You probably are missing a necessary root certificate

I know almost nothing about computers so help would be very kind.

    Thanks, Richard1111

to the Zone Alarm User Forum..

It is Sometimes very Difficult to Diagnose and fix a Computer from halfway across the Country, without All the Details, without the ability to sit in front of your Computer monitor and see what's going on..

If you would Describe your Computer Setup/Windows OS Version and Version of Zone Alarm FREE that you are having a problem with
and what difficulty you are having, there are several very knowledgeable Volunteer Participants willing to help you try solving your problem with Zone Alarm..

Please provide as much detail and error messages etc. that you see on your Computer Monitor.

If you have a question or a problem Please start your own thread. And start only 1 thread for each problem.
