Thread: Latest Version of Zonealarm Access Issues

    Default Latest Version of Zonealarm Access Issues

    I just upgraded a user to the newest version of Zone Alarm Internet Security Suite.
    It is version 9.1.008.000.

    I have Outlook 2007 on this laptop which has Windows XP Professional as the OS.
    The user logs into our company servers via Sonicwall VPN client.

    They run Outlook 2007 and also a Visual Basic program that access data from our SQL Server which is on our domain controller.

    After upgrading, we could not connect to the mail/data/domain controller.
    I went under programs and gave them all access for internet/server.
    I can ping our domain controller and get a response.

    What has changed to make this such an inconvenience?
    The user is a salesperson who needs to have access to our inventory system in order to make sales.

    Are you also getting a lot of "server not found" responses when you try to connect to a website? I have been having this issue for about 2 months now off and on.

    Did your Also, contact CheckPoint Tech Support with full Details of your Computer/Version of ZoneAlarm and describe your Problem to Tech Support?

    Tech Support does not Read this User Forum..
