I just upgraded a user to the newest version of Zone Alarm Internet Security Suite.
It is version 9.1.008.000.
I have Outlook 2007 on this laptop which has Windows XP Professional as the OS.
The user logs into our company servers via Sonicwall VPN client.
They run Outlook 2007 and also a Visual Basic program that access data from our SQL Server which is on our domain controller.
After upgrading, we could not connect to the mail/data/domain controller.
I went under programs and gave them all access for internet/server.
I can ping our domain controller and get a response.
What has changed to make this such an inconvenience?
The user is a salesperson who needs to have access to our inventory system in order to make sales.
