    Default auto update not working

Not working here - is there a way to manually download the antivirus updates until this problem is fixed?

to the Zone Alarm User Forum..

Your Post was Moved to it's own Trend to prevent Un-intended

As a matter of Curtsey and to provide the Best solution to each Users problem,

This insures that each User receives a solution specific to their on Problem, When other user like yourself interject your own problem into the discussion of somebody else's problem, any advice or solution to your problem would confuse and may conflict with the solution to the Originating Users problem..

It is Sometimes very Difficult to Diagnose and fix a Computer from halfway across the Country, without All the Details, without the ability to sit in front of your Computer monitor and see what's going on..

What version of ZoneAlarm and What Version of Windows?

ZoneAlarm 9.1.008.000 is the Current Fix for your problem, Unless you have other 3rd Party Security Software installed that is Conflicting with ZoneAlarm..

    Now Windows 7 32/64bit compatible
Also compatible with XP 32bit and Vista 32/64bit

    ZoneAlarm Extreme Security (9.1.008.000)
    ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite (9.1.008.000)
    ZoneAlarm Pro (9.1.008.000)
    ZoneAlarm Antivirus (9.1.008.000)

NOTE: You must download the correct product which you have previously purchased or are licensed for. If you install and your software says it in a 15 day trial, then you have downloaded and installed software which you are not licensed for and must uninstall or you must input your license key or purchase the product when the 15 day trail runs out.

1.) Do you have any other Security Software installed that may be Blocking the ZA AV Updates?

2.) if no other 3rd party Security Software conflicting with Zone Alarm.. Try this:

Click on Za AV/AS , Click Advanced Options..
Click Scan Modes, select "Ultra Deep Scan", Click OK..

    3.) Click "Scan Now"

4.) after Full Scan is Complete, Click "Update Now"

After the full Scan , Re-Set Scan Modes back to Normal Scan Mode..

Please Post back with your Progress Report..
