    Default vsmon.exe cpu

    Look whats goin on with vsmon.exe taking all my cpu
    Zonealarm 9.1.008.000
    Pc-INFO
    OS: XP SP3
    CPU:Intel Core i7-975 Extreme CPU
    MOB:Asus P6T Deluxe v2 motherboard
    DDR3 8 Gig

    If Zone Alarm cant fix this am looking for new filewall full stop

    Sorry to hear you have problems with ZA. It is running great here (fortunately)

    Please report your issue directly to support, they may need to collect logs to properly troubleshoot it. Support is closed on weekends. Please contact them during the week. Link in my signature.

    Oooh, yes.. indeed. Please note that we are all users here, so... there is little use to say you will switch firewall. Not happy? Please voice it to them (customer support)

    try:
    1. ctrl + shift + right click on ZA icon in the systray area and choose set debug level, and then choose off.
    2. if that fixes it, you don't need to do the following, if not, you may want to try turn off 'Microsoft Catalog Utilization' in Program control - main - custom
