    Default ZA 9 problem

    Hi, my sister has a pc with new zone alarm pro (9.0.114) and when i tried to install a game called "Starcraft" (in weekend i go to my sister house ) i noticed that the setup did not start. With task manager of windows i see that vsmon load cpu for more than 60-65%...if i turn off za setup start perfectly. if za is turned on setup don't start, if i turn off os firewall setup start but them freeze with vsmon at 50% cpu (program control -> main -> program contol -> set to off (os forewall is off).
    Is it a bug?
    Thanks

    my sisters computer has windows xp pro with sp3, pentuim 4, about 500 mb of ram and nod32 (version 4) like antivirus (only antivirus and not firewall)
    Starcraft is an old game (year 1998-1999)

    This could possibly be your issue.CPU or memory resources used by any program is directly proportional to the amount
    of processing it is doing.In your case most likely insufficient RAM.

    Operating system requirements at this link :

    http://www.zonealarm.com/security/en...m-products.htm

    Microsoft Windows, XP SP2 or SP3
    * Home / Professional:
    * 32-bit, 1GB RAM
    * 1 GHz or faster processor
    * 250MB of available hard-disk space

    Have no other suggestion to offer other than this.

    Have a nice Day
