Thread: Downgrade from SS to Pro?

Thumbs down Downgrade from SS to Pro?

How do I downgrade from ZA Security Suite (9.1.008.000) to ZA Pro?
Is the "Privacy" tab missing from Pro also? (Can't download without turning off ZA; using FireFox 3.5.5)

Will my SS license number work with Pro?
Will my unexpired subscription be continued with Pro?

    Hi!
Privacy Control has been removed from all products.
Your ZASS key is not valid for your ZAPRO and vice versa.
Firefox 3.5.5. is not compatible with ZA (already reported in this sticky thread). A patch is in the works. Use 3.5.4 or latest 3.0.15 or remove the ZA toolbar.

Note that this is a USER support forum, no ZA staff here.
With a valid license you can contact, free of charge, the ZA support. Links in my signature.

    Cheers,

Unhappy Re: Downgrade from SS to Pro?

    ~~ snip ~~

Too bad ZA can't stay current with internet browsers.

    Hi!
I am sorry to hear you are not happy and I am sympathetic to your frustrations but this is just a USER support forum to deal with ZA PRODUCT related issues.
How ZA or whoever is good or bad is outside the scope of this board

Thread edit and closed. Further offtopic threads will be removed without notice.

Thank you in advance for your understanding and support.
