    Default Forcefield Hiding Files

I am running IE8,Win XP and ZA Security Suite V9.

After upgrading to ZASS V9 saving files from a pdf plug-in in a web browser or doing a "save as" for an image results in the file being hidden. On a repeat operation the svaed file can be seen in the Save As dialogue box. This occurs regardless of which folder the file is saved in (same happens if saving into the ForceField folder). The same thing happens with Firefox. If I stop Forcefield all works normally.

I have another machine with the same configuration and that saves the file and the file is visible.

I must say that Zone Alarm is becoming an absolute pain to run. The help files refer to menus that don't exist and are useless. I have had to do several clean installs to solved system start up/shut down speed issues and to make applications like Skype work properly. Now new features have suddenly appeared that cause mahem with no warning.

Any suggestions on solving the above welcome. I am particularly disturbed that the behaviour is different on two machines. Can this product be trusted to provide protection anymore?

    Hi!
Please report directly to ZA technical support. We are all users here.
    Link in my signature.

The best is to do it when they are online to be helped on the spot and remember that the weekend they are not open.

    Thanks,
