Default AOL MAIL DISCONNECT on the Web

Even time I log on to AOL its OK, UNTIL I log on to the mail portion.Once I do that I get disconnected .The only way to stop it has been to disable ZA log onto mail and then start ZA again. How can I stop this from happening.

    Hi Bob3002,

I am not sure which ZA product or version you have. Could you please post this information by:
    1. Right-click ZA icon in system tray.
    2. Click 'copy to clipboard'
    3. Paste into your post (see below for example).
Could you also post your OS and version, and whether you have any other security software installed.

In the meantime, and without this information I'm only guessing....

    1. Open the ZA control centre and open your programs list by clicking Program Control | Programs
    2. Find your mail client and ensure it has SuperTrusted access (three green bars) plus two green check marks in Internet and Trusted columns.

    How does it work now?

    Regards...

Windows XP Pro SP3 (fully patched)
